Wiley acquired Fernhurst books in 2006. With its solid reputation within the sailing community, we took the opportunity to introduce readers, both old and new, to a fresh look, publish more diverse titles and create an online presence. We’re also taking the list into uncharted territories for us with forthcoming titles publishing in areas such as the America’s Cup, jet skiing and surfing. And with the more recent acquisition of 10 titles from Nautical Data Ltd who produce fantastic cruising companions that range from the Solent to the North Caribbean, we are proud to announce the launch of Wiley Nautical. Wiley nautical gives us the spring board to develop the programme even further whether in a print or online format, on land or cruising the seas, we’ll aim to have something for every watersport enthusiast.
